RANCHER’S CHOICE® Oyster Shell should be fed free choice to laying birds. Birds have the ability to balance their own calcium needs. Therefore, consumption may vary throughout the laying period. Start feeding RANCHER’S CHOICE® Oyster Shell to pullets at 16-18 weeks of age and continue throughout the laying period. If a complete and balanced feeding program is used,  RANCHER’S CHOICE® Oyster Shell should be fed in a separate feeder as a free choice supplement to the hens. Always provide clean, fresh water.
